Description:
Des Moines University is pleased to invite select candidates to visit our campus for a suturing workshop. You will learn how to perform suturing knots through a demonstration with DMU's Simulation Center, and take home a knot-tying board for further practice*.
Learn more about the DPM program through Q&A with a panel led by Dr. Johnstone, College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Faculty, and current podiatry students.
Those attending on campus will see DMU's campus, including our Surgical Skills Lab, Iowa Simulation Center, and more on a campus tour, led by Student Ambassadors.
*Virtual participants will receive a knot-tying board by mail prior to the event.
